[sw-l] the mini-conference or seminar in Brussels

Hello Shane and Everyone,
I think Brussels is the better place. It is probable I won't attend the
Maastricht conference as the participation costs are too high for me
(remember that although we are in the UE and have the price level is amost
the same as in the UE, we don't earn as much). So, going to Brussel is far
more accessible for me.
