The Tension Symbol over the arrowhead of an arrow, shows an abrupt stop 
at the end of the movement. The handshape is determined by the 
handshape, so it can be any handshape...For example here is the sign 
for PERIOD in ASL...notice how the lips also tense, to fit with the 
tense ending of the movement...
