I have a question about the sign in the Sign Puddle "Confused".

Shouldn't one of the arrows be away from the body and one close to the
body?  This really says that both movements begin away from the body,
doesn't it? Actually, one hand begins away and one hand begins close to
the body. Or have I misunderstood?

Also, can you help me explain the difference between the 5 handshape
here and the 5 handshape in bear
