Hello Tini, Stefan, Birgit, Shane, Thierry and Everyone!

I am available to do the English translation anytime, with
permission. To actually re-print the textbook in English is very
expensive for the publisher, Birgit Jacobsen, who has dedicated
personal time and expense to make sure we have this lovely hard-cover
book...so financially it may be hard to re-print with other languages
immediately...

Meanwhile on Birgit Jacobsen's web site, you can download a PDF
document showing some of the diagrams and pages in Stefan's book...
(You are such a great illustrator, Stefan!)...I really enjoyed seeing
the PDFs on this site...
