NISL for 11-19 - in SW

i think it doesnt really matter which dot u use seeing that its twodots - same thing really.
Check the ASL sign for '11' - we imported a lot of our signs from OldASL (120 years ago) into NISL - its much the same really - their '11'is our '12' so on
