No. The knuckles (if I understand the word properly) are up (seen from the 
top).

No, the thumb of the left hand touches the bent back edge of the right hand. 
And the thumb of the right hand tounches the chin (underneath) in the INPUT 
position.

No. The hands move forward (as a unit).
