Downloading SignBank

Hi Time and Geoffrey,

I have created a rough divide of the IMWA into the 8 Categories.  The 
largest folder now contains 18,628 files.  I hope this will help.  You 
can download this online at http://www.signpuddle.org/imwasub.zip
