problem opening SignBank editor

[Anne-Claude Pr=?ISO-8859-1?B?6Q==?=laz Girod]

I tried to open the OpenMeMac (as you explained in your lessons....)several
times but nothing would open an error message says the file is too big to be
open with Simple Text

what should I do?
