Load Signs from SignPuddle into SignText

Hi Philip,

This is a complicated topic that only affects the ASL and German
puddles. The short answer is that not all signs can be loaded into
SignText. If you see a questions mark, then the sign is something
called an image only sign.

Image Only Signs
------------------
Image only signs are image files with a gloss label. Nothing more.
These signs can not be loaded into SignMaker or SignText.

Signs created with SignPuddle
----------------------------
These signs have a build file. The build file contains all of the
information needed to recreate the sign. It contains the SSS id numbers
along with XY coordinates.

History and Explanation
------------------------
A long time ago, SignPuddle only used images of signs that were
uploaded. I created the first ASL SignPuddle dictionary with about 2000
image files. Later, I created SignMaker so that signs could be created
online with the actual symbol information included.

If you go to the Dictionary Editors screen and search for "help", you
will see the following.

This is a sign that was created in SignMaker. You can look at the build
file if you're interested.

And then there are the graphic only signs...

This is a graphic only sign. The only file is the graphic file. It
does not have a build file.

A long time ago we debated if we should delete the image only signs. We
decided against it because we didn't want to shrink the dictionary.

I am working on fingerspelling and will report to the list later.

Sorry for the confusion,
Thanks for your time,
-Steve
