Punctuation Symbols in Vertical Columns
Here is another example of a sentence...the Punctuation is much wider  
than the Shoulder Line. However, if your Deaf students still find the  
Period at the end of a sentence confusing, just use Commas for  
punctuation and forget the Period for now...that will be enough and  
they will not confuse the Comma with the Shoulder Line...(see  
attached)...
