Writing Number 16 in ASL

I think that even though the A is a alternive "pronounciation," it is still viewed as a 10. Kinda like the "O" and the "S" for -- was it Danish Sign Language?

so your vote is leaving the rotation symbols out...what is your vote  
for the handshape 10 versus A for formal page numbers on documents?
