DocumentMaker: A software bug..?

Hello Maria and Bill!
Thank you, Bill, for your excellent tech support below...You are the
best!
Obviously, being the Mac fanatic I am, I did not know this about
Windows. And perhaps it happens on Macs too, but I personally never
heard this from anyone before...
So, Maria, it is good to know that this is a known problem on the
Windows operating system...That means there is a chance you can solve
it...when you go to the web page below, that Bill mentions:

You will see it discusses this issue. It appears it is related to your
printer driver, and you may be able to update your printer driver...
Sooooo follow Bill's advice below and see what happens, Maria... Tell
us what happens! Val ;-)
