Sign Puddle 2.0 suggestion

Thanks for your suggestion. However, I think that it is best to rewrite
all signs into the Puddle. I think saving them in SWML format is wiser in
the long run.

I think it might be a very good idea that the others on the team should
get familiar with Sign Puddle so that they use this as their signwriter
editor. That way the signwriting work will flow in the same direction and
we things won't have to be re-done in the future.
