Contact symbol and second contact

Hi everybody,
    On page http://www.signwriting.org/lessons/elessons/less071.html
showing correct and incorrect spellings of Flemish signs, I came across
the following on number 4

I have a question which isn't directly related to what the lesson is
explaining. In the correct spelling, there is a contact symbol for the
hand and chin but no contact symbol for the two hands touching. Why
isn´t there a contact symbol for the two hands touching? Should the
contact symbol always be omitted when the symbols overlap? Or should
the contact symbol be omitted when the contact isn´t in the center of
the sign?

Jonathan
