Hi Steve and Valerie, 

mh – I have had a second look and did another Search by symbol procedure.
What I can see is that there is quite a number of signs with the correct “L
– mouth”  but quite another number of signs show the “wrong – L – mouth”  -
I have no idea ... perhaps something has to do with the day  - when this new
symbol – tip of tongue between lips was included into the Symbol-Set?

Hi Stefan,

Not to worry.  We'll figure this out.  As far as I can tell, the conversion
from the IMWA to the ISWA was nearly flawless.

I've saved the pre-conversion SignPuddle 1.5 data based on the IMWA so we
can compare and reconvert if needed.

I've compared the German puddle based on the IMWA and the ISWA and I don't
see any conversion problems other than a slight positioning problem for a
couple of signs.

Can you send me a list of a couple of signs that are incorrect?

I am sorry that I have to write this message – but who knows perhaps is
there somehow a different solution to this problem. What I do not know – do
you think that somebody needs these “Mundbilder” isolated from the
head-circle? (I guess this additional option causes the problem) At least I
made some experiments in the past and learned from that that the best way to
read a sequence of different Mundbilder fluently is to write the circle for
the head as well ... as we do ...

Dear SW List Members!

SignPuddle Online will be down today, starting in about one hour from
now...because of programming being done on the web site.

Steve is installing the International SignWriting Alphabet 2008 (ISWA 2008)
into the current SignPuddle 1.5, so we can start using the ISWA 2008
immediately, even before the new SignPuddle 2.0 is ready.

Yeah! I can't wait to use the ISWA 2008 ;-))

So do not try to work in SignPuddle today. I will write again to tell you
when you can use SignPuddle again....

I am sooo happy!
