SignWriting Image Server Beta 5

Hi List,

I just completed the next beta version for the SignWriting Image Server. 

The biggest change is the move from the comma delimited build format to 
the character data of Binary SignWriting. There are 2 new libraries for 
dealing with Binary SignWriting: bsw.php and bsw.js.  There libraries 
are for PHP and JavaScript respectively.  Section 3 of the SWIS doc 
explain Binary SignWriting with words, ABNF and Regular Expressions.

Other significant changes are the inclusion of the column.php script for 
viewing SignText and the bsw2unicode function that encodes sign language 
data to a theoretical Unicode UTF-8 string.
