how many hand symbols

Hi Maria,

Please view the x-ISWA-2008 code page for counts:
http://signbank.org/swis/data.php?sg_code=*

SymbolGroups 1 (Index) has 13
SymbolGroups 2 (Index Middle) has 15
SymbolGroups 3 (Index Middle Thumb) has 38

If you add the BaseSymbol counts (column 8) for SymbolGroups 1 through 
10 you'll get about 200, 250.
