Hi Erika,

I hope you can take a loot through the document.  It's not that long, 
about 50 pages.  It has 6 main sections and 4 appendices.  I'm sure not 
all of the sections will interest you, but I'm sure some of the content 
will.

I've already received a few corrections and comments via email. Thanks 
to all.  I have created a review section for the I-D.
