SignWriting List
September 7, 2013

Hello Adam!
This is so cool…Thank you for writing your version and for explaining about writing ASL grammar and passive forms and ASL syntax … Yours and Nancy's translations and writings are similar - very true - which makes it even more interesting for Terry Joyce's thesis -

Maria…can you send both writings and explanations to Terry Joyce?

I think the speed of getting two such examples so quickly is remarkable and then such detailed explanations - smile -

Thank you, Nancy and Adam -

Val ;-)

I was trying to think how I would have signed the same concept were I talking with my friends. I couldn't really think how I would do it. I did, however, come up with the writing. (And it isn't that much different from the sentence that Nancy wrote, albeit not expanding on "ASL" or shortening "SignWriting".)
