need funding for captioning 32 hours of video

How would we make sure that those who are to watch do go through at least some process for conference fees? We really have no way of knowing who exactly went to YouTube to watch the proceedings live because it is so open to the public, which is a good thing to be able to give access to many people. That was one of the reasons that Val, Steve, Nancy, and myself didn’t try to have a fee time around. If you know of a way that we could have a conference fee setup with the open nature of YouTube, by all means let us know. :-)
