Symposium: sheet paper dimension A4 or Letter

Hello,
 
in Canada, and in USA we use the paper size "Letter".  Each time I print in European format "A4", my pages are to short and formatted documents become awful.
 
For the symposium what is the page format so everybody can print nice documents?
