[Sw-l] Hands orientation and corresponding symbols rotation

Yes, the highlighted table cells have the same hand rotations. You will find that hand rotations overlap for all hand symbols, not just the angled hand. Some are easier to read as a symbol, while others are easier to read within a written sign. ;-)
