[Sw-l] New release of @sutton-signwriting/font-db for column images

Hi SignWriting List,

I'm happy to announce version 2.0 of the @sutton-signwriting/font-db 
package.  This new version supports column images using PNG and pure SVG 
without needing the TrueType fonts.  This package is for node and 
perfect for automation.

I bumped the major version number to 2 because I switched the functions 
to async/await from the previous function callback style. The code is 
much flatter and easier to use.

Next up, I need to make a small fix for @sutton-signwriting/font-ttf and 
then update the SignWriting Web Components for columns.  It should be 
ready in a few weeks.
