[Sw-l] To "V" or not to "V", that is the question.

Here in Brazil we use "Brazilian Sign Language". I've been using it since I
was a kid.

I learned ASL as an adult. I made friends with deaf people and American
interpreters. Some because of sign writing, others because of special
education. There is currently an American interpreter who is here in Brazil
doing an exchange program, and as he doesn't know Portuguese or sign
language here, I'm accompanying him in the activities. So I'm a deaf
translator.
Because of all this, I have practice in ASL.

Did you know that SW makes learning another sign language a lot easier?

Watch this video of mine - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=85rUxnOElUw

Before I signed, I watched other deaf people sign the same text and wrote
through SW the way they translated it. This helped me to understand the
logic of the text to do my own translation.
Have you ever tried writing an entire text in ASL to make it easier to sign
in a lecture or presentation?
