[Sw-l] Tactile Sign Language for deaf-blind

[John Carlson]

I just stumbled onto Tactile Sign Language for deaf-blind people.   I
believe that this is what i was looking for when I found this group in 2019.

I don’t know how deaf-blind languages different from regular sign
languages.   Could SignWriting be modified by possibly raising the black
part of the SignWriting images?
