[Sw-l] Special Symbols

Hello Val, Uta and all SignWriting List members!

I followed this discussion on the curved arrows that form a circle, a
movement similar to what is done when paddling a boat, in addition to the
arrows that indicate the rotation of the forearm. So I made a video with
Val's support and guidance, to try to help with any questions.
