[Sw-l] Can you tell me...?

Hi All on SW list:

I've been reading the "Lessons in SignWriting" textbook, and on pages 142,
143, and 144, I see "See Push-Pull Writing Rules" mentioned on each page.

However, I can't seem to find the page with the "Push-Pull Writing Rules"
details on it. Could anyone tell me where to find it? [I'll probably slap
myself on the forehead when it's obvious, huh?]
