I am very glad you provided this hard-to-find information.
Thanks to the PDF file you attached, I was able to get a general idea of the contents.
Thank you very much!

(I also compared it to the contents of Newkirk's lost website, and it appears that some elements have been updated after the document was written.
One thing that I don't think the PDF file shows, and I still wonder about, is what glyphs were assigned to uppercase letters and " ! % & etc. in the font distributed at the site) (probably contained symbols for hand direction and movement)
