Register now: Meet & Greet of the Biomedical Libraries

The «Biomedical Libraries» Commission, hosted by the SAMS, is holding a Meet & Greet. This year’s event will take place on Wednesday, 26 August 2026, in Bern. Registrations are requested until 9 August 2026.

Under the title «AI tools at your fingertips», the Meet & Greet 2026 is dedicated to current developments and practical experiences in the implementation of artificial intelligence in health and medical libraries. The aim is to exchange perspectives, identify challenges, and develop concrete approaches for practical implementation.

Einladung: Meet & Greet der Biomedizinischen Bibliotheken 

Die von der SAMW betreute Kommission «Biomedizinische Bibliotheken» lädt auch dieses Jahr zu einem Meet & Greet ein. Der Netzwerkanlass findet am Mittwoch, 26. August 2026, in Bern statt. Anmeldungen sind bis zum 9. August 2026 möglich.
 
Unter dem Titel «AI tools at your fingertips» widmet sich das Meet & Greet aktuellen Entwicklungen und praktischen Erfahrungen bei der Implementierung von künstlicher Intelligenz in Gesundheits- und medizinischen Bibliotheken. Ziel ist es, Perspektiven auszutauschen, Herausforderungen zu identifizieren und konkrete Ansätze für die praktische Umsetzung zu erarbeiten.

La Commission des bibliothèques biomédicales, rattachée à l’ASSM, invite à une manifestation «Meet and Greet» pour favoriser les échanges, le mercredi 26 août 2026 à Berne. Les inscriptions sont ouvertes jusqu’au 9 août 2026.
 
Sous le titre «AI tools at your fingertips», le colloque 2026 traitera de la mise en œuvre de l’intelligence artificielle dans les bibliothèques médicales ou spécialisées en santé. L’objectif de la rencontre est de faire le point sur les développements récents, de partager l’expérience acquise, de confronter les points de vue, d’identifier les défis et d’élaborer des approches concrètes de mise en pratique.
