Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to publish the Third Circular for ICSTLL57, which contains a
notification of abstract acceptance, and registration information.

By June 6th 2024, those who have submitted paper proposals should have
received a notification email from EasyChair. A mail of notification was
also sent from icstll57 at pku.edu.cn in case the EasyChair notification mail
did not get through. If you have submitted a paper, but did not receive an
EasyChair notification email, please contact Prof. You-Jing Lin ASAP at:
icstll at 57@pku.edu.cn

Please see attachment for English and Chinese versions of the circular. It
provides details about registration.

The conference will be hosted by the Laboratory of Language Sciences and
the Department of Chinese Language and Linguistics, Peking University in
Beijing, China, October 25-27, 2024. It is a HYBRID conference. Colleagues
not based in China can choose to participate in this conference in person
at the conference venue or virtually through an online platform. We welcome
all linguists who are engaged and/or interested in the Sino-Tibetan
languages, as well as scholars working on any languages that have been in
close contact with them. If you’d like to participate in the conference,
you are welcome to get registered through the registration system of ICSTLL
57.

We look forward to seeing you here in Beijing in October!

Sincerely,

You-Jing Lin (Associate Professor, Organizer)

*似乎憂愁*,*卻常常喜樂*;
似乎貧窮,卻叫許多人富足;
似乎一無所有,卻擁有萬有(哥林多後書六章10節)

As sorrowful, yet always rejoicing;
as poor, yet making many rich;
as having nothing, and yet possessing all (2 Corinthian 6:10)
