Pulleyblank's EMC reconstructions are part of the Middle Chinese section in
the respective entries for the Wiktionary:
https://en.wiktionary.org/).

The most convenient system to compare reconstructions of OC is currently
www.kaom.net. It also includes data from Pulleyblank's ("蒲立本") MC copied
from the Thesaurus Linguae Sericae by Christoph Harbsmeier, but they are
currently not searchable:

Best wishes,
WB
