[Tibeto-burman-linguistics] Reference query - Diffloth 1979?1980?

Hi folks

I'm trying to work out the correct reference to Diffloth's study of Waic lgs in LTBA 5.2. I've seen it alternately referenced as 1979 (SEALANG, NTU) and 1980 (STEDT, Sun 1993), and titles referenced as "The Wa anaphors" (STEDT), "The Wa languages" (SEALANG, NTU), and "Proto-Waic" (Sun 1993). There are scans on [SEALANG](http://sealang.net/sala/archives/pdf8/diffloth1979wa.pdf) and [NTU](https://dr.ntu.edu.sg/handle/10356/178735) but missing the title page (if there is one) and TOC.

I don't suppose that anyone would have a physical copy or full scan of LTBA 5.2 including title page/TOC that could help to resolve this?
