> XII kansainvälinen fennougristikongressi järjestetään Oulun yliopistossa 17.–21. elokuuta 2015. Ohjelma koostuu plenum-  ja sektioesitelmistä. Kongressissa on myös 20 symposiumia, jotka ovat näkyvillä kongressin kotisivulla.

> Jos haluat pitää kongressissa symposiumi- tai sektioesitelmän, pyydämme lähettämään 2 000–3 000 merkin mittaisen (mahdolliset lähteet mukaan lukien) abstraktin kongressin kotisivulla näkyvän EasyChair-ohjelman kautta. Muulla tavoin lähetettyjä abstrakteja ei oteta huomioon. Kaikki abstraktit vertaisarvioidaan.  Symposiumeihin osoitettujen abstraktien arvioinnin ja hyväksymisen hoitaa symposiumin johtaja, sektioihin osoitettujen abstraktien arvioinnista vastaa järjestelytoimikunta. Abstraktissa tulee ilmoittaa, onko se tarkoitettu johonkin tiettyyn symposiumiin vai onko kyseessä sektioesitelmä.

> Abstraktien jätön takaraja on 30.9.2014. Abstraktin kieli on englanti, mutta esitelmien ja symposiumien kieli voi olla suomi, viro, unkari, englanti tai venäjä. Abstraktien hyväksymisestä ilmoitetaan 31.1.2015 mennessä.
>  
> Ilmoittautumismaksu on 250 euroa. Venäjältä ja EU:hun vuoden 2004 jälkeen liittyneistä maista saapuville se on 150 euroa. Se sisältää lounaat, iltapäiväkahvin ja retken maaseudulle. Ilmoittautumisesta ja osallistumismaksun maksamisesta annetaan ohjeet kolmannessa kiertokirjeessä, joka julkaistaan maaliskuussa 2015. Kotisivuja päivitetään koko ajan sitä mukaa, kun tiedot tarkentuvat.

> The XII International Congress for Finno-Ugric Studies will be held at the University of Oulu from August 17 through August 21, 2015. The program will include plenary presentations as well as papers in symposia and the general session. In total, there will be 20 symposia. You can find more information on the symposia on the congress website.

> If you wish to present a paper in a symposium or in the general session, please submit an abstract of a maximum of 3000 characters (including references, data, etc.). The abstract must be submitted through EasyChair. Abstracts submitted through any other means will not be considered. All abstracts will be peer-reviewed. The organizer of a symposium will be responsible for evaluating and accepting or rejecting the abstracts submitted to that symposium; the organizing committee will be responsible for evaluating the abstracts intended for the general session. It must be clearly marked on the abstract whether it is intended for a particular symposium or the general session.

> The deadline for submission is September 30, 2014. The language of the abstracts is English, but the language of the symposia and individual papers can be Finnish, Estonian, Hungarian, English, or Russian. The acceptance decisions will be made by January 31, 2015.

> The registration fee will be 250 Euros. The fee will be 150 Euros for scholars from Russian Federation or from EU countries that have joined the European Union after 2004. The fee will cover lunches, coffee, and the excursion to the countryside. Detailed information on registration and payment will be included in the third circular, which will be sent in March 2015. The congress website will be continually updated.

> XII Международный конгресс финно-угроведов состоится с 17 по 21 августа 2015 года в университете г. Оулу. Программа конгресса состоит из выступлений на пленарных и секционных заседаниях. Конгресс будет включать в себя 20 симпозиумов,которые представлены на веб-странице конгресса.

> Если Вы желаете выступить с докладом в рамках симпозиума или секции конгресса, просим Вас выслать тезисы выступления объемом 2000 - 3000 знаков (включая возможный список источников) через программу EasyChair, которая доступна на сайте конгресса. Тезисы, высланные каким-то дргуим образом, не принимаются. Все тезисы пройдут рецензирование. За оценку и принятие тезисов докладов на симпозиумах отвечает руководитель симпозиума, а за рассмотрение тезисов секционных докладов – оргкомитет. В тексте тезисов следует указать, предназначен ли доклад для какого-либо определенного симпозиума или это секционный доклад.

> Последний срок подачи тезисов 30 сентабря 2014 года. Тезисы должны быть написаны на английском языке, но языком выступлений и работы симпозиумов может быть финский, эстонский, венгерский, английский или русский. Подтверждение о принятии тезисов Вы получите до 31 января 2015 года.

> Регистрационный взнос составляет 250 евро. Для участников из России и стран, вступивших в ЕС после 2004 года,регистрационный взнос – 150 евро. В регистрационный взнос входят: обеды, кофе-брейки и экскурсия по окрестностям.Информацию о заявлении об участии и оплате регистрационного взноса Вы получите в третьем информационном письме, которое будет опубликовано в марте 2015. Cодержание веб-сайта будет дополняться по мере поступления новой информации.
