[Ura-list] CIFU XIII postponed to 2021

Dear URA-LIST community,

as many of you may have heard, the XIII Congress of Finno-Ugric Studies will be postponed, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The new dates are 8–13 August 2021. More information will appear in the 4th Circular, which will be published on the congress website (cifu13.univie.ac.at <http://cifu13.univie.ac.at/>) and sent out to all who have submitted an abstract or registered. The circular is almost ready now, we are only waiting to have a couple of small details clarified.
