symbol-sounds, uniform vowels, 3 (...)
dots, apo ( ' ) & capitals. Apo is close
to symbol in html format. Write sound
(sarkaar) etc not (sarakaara) to match
usual lipi. Use Roman lipi, if usual lipi
device is unavailable. Aims. (a) Using
widespread, present & future, devices
of English (without new symbols) also
for Marathi. Prepare spellchecks later.
(b) Nearly phonetic writing. (c) Recast
or mark English words in Marathi text.
(d) Easier emails, typing, alphabetical
sorting of information (print & internet)
as Roman is linear. Usual lipi is 3 tier
with mixing symbols (thereby making
compact words). Comment. Circulate.

Marathi syntax (words sequence) --
He icecream and coffee sells.
1. to Icecream va Coffee vikto.
2. to aaiskrim va kaophi vikto.
(1) Starting capitals signify Names or
English Spellings. (2). English words
recast to suit Marathi. (2). Preferable.
Marathi (to) is unlike English (To). No
capital-small type duality in usual lipi.
Note 3 dots (...) sentence separators.
