  If Devanagari script is unavailable, use linear
  (a---z) Roman on English Language facilities.
  It suits e-debates, dictionaries, phone-books
  search-engines, typing. Practise it, circulate.

  Note apo ' varies sound. Stone = dagad' (not
  dagaD). Usually no capitals. 3 dots between
  sentences. Lots of English words in Marathi
  in Devanagari. Take capitals to start names
  & illogical spellings (Police, Bell) etc during
  transition to (polis, bel ) etc in Marathi. Use
  (sarkaar, sat + tya = sattya) etc as spoken,
  not as Devanagari  = (sarakaara, satya) etc.
  (chy, jy, jhy = ch, j, jh) differ from ( ch', j', z).
    Uniform vowels u = oo i = ee hindi = hindee.

  (a,aa) d,d' = English (u-up,a-art) th-that,d-do.
