On one of his shows today, Judge Greg Mathis used the term, "'hood-rich," which he defined as the equivalent of "ghetto-fabulous." In this instance, the judge was referring to a young black college student who owned a thousand-dollar leather overcoat, though he had to take out loans to pay his tuition. -- -Wilson Gray
