"Treat and street" (e.g, "Treat 'em and street 'em!") has been conventional
(informal/jocular) in reference to medical care (particularly no-frills
emergency-room care) for at least 20 years (and maybe longer) meaning
something like "treat the immediate problem and immediately discharge the
patient".
