How about...

"We will not get dragged into another ground war in Iraq." -- Pres. Obama

Or from early in the year...

"I come out here to apologize to the people of New Jersey. I am
embarrassed and humiliated."  --Chris Christie

Probably need something Ebola-related on there. Perhaps one of the
more inflammatory political statements, like...

"Ladies and gentlemen, we have an Ebola outbreak, we have bad actors
who can come across the border. We need to seal the border and secure
it." -- Thom Tills (R-NC)

The previously suggested "Hands up, don't shoot" from Ferguson is
probably the most memorable.
