------------------------------
-----
The Center for Computational Learning Systems (CCLS) at Columbia University
in New York City invites applications for a one-year Postdoctoral Research
Scientist position. We are seeking researchers with interests in
statistical machine translation, automatic post-editing, or automatic
linguistic error (spelling/grammar) identification and correction.
Experience in syntactic parsing, morphological modeling, and
morphology-rich or resource-poor languages is a plus. Candidates must
possess a Ph.D. in computer science, linguistics, or a related discipline
with focus on natural language processing or computational linguistics by
the time they start. Anticipated starting date is September 2013, but an
earlier or later starting date can be accommodated.

Please send your CV and/or questions to Nizar Habash (
habash at ccls.columbia.edu).
