[Corpora-List] Free bilingual dictionary (French-English) library/tool

Have a looks at dbnary http://kaiko.getalp.org/about-dbnary

It is an extract of 10 wiktionary languages in rdf form.

The French edition contains around 77000 translations to English.

It is free.
