The birth and growth of a list provides for interesting observations.  A few
years ago I started a list for professionals in Speech Pathology/Audiology to
discuss general clinical issues.  The list is called GRNDRNDS (stands for Grand
Rounds - like the teaching opportunities in med schools).  The list got off to
a slow start, but slow and steady wins the race, you know.  I thought it would
be interesting to look at how lists grow now, four years later when more and
more people are online and accustomed to using email and participating in
discussion lists....
