[Edling] TIME SENSITIVE: Sign-on Letter to Dept of Ed about 2021 Standardized Testing

The letter was jointly written by the Beyond Test Scores Project and the
National Education Policy Center. It addresses concerns about spring
testing, and it puts this issue within the context of larger concerns about
test-based accountability policies.

Please sign by Sunday evening, as we plan to send the letter to Secretary
Cardona on Monday (March 22nd).
