The E-Prime 1.x Keyboard device allows you to specify the collection of 
	* Presses
	* Releases
	* Presses and Release

Check out the Devices tab of the Experiment Object and the "{key}
nomenclature" topic in the E-Basic Help, e.g. to accept the press of a
spacebar you would specify {SPACE} as an allowable key, to accept only
the release of the spacebar you would specify {-SPACE}.
