Well, Frank, the Vandals actually had a fleet of sailing ships
prepared for the crossing to North Africa. They probably built
these ships in during the years they spent in (V)andalusia.

Oceanic crossings? Are you saying that the Vandals attempted
to cross the Atlantic?
