I just want to reccomend this wonderful beautiful book to all of you
avid gothic readers. This 1000 paged book is probably the masterpiece
of Jennings. It relates the history, or the "memoirs" of a goth named
Thorn; the man who will become the right arm of Theodoric the Great.
It all begins in an abbey in the Burgundian kingdom...

The dialogue between the characters in the entire historic-epic novel
was written in parts in antique gothic, and the entire novel is about
Ostrogoths, visigoths, burgundians, gepids, vandals, turingians...
etc...

If you're interested in this work of art maybe you can first search
for a good review on it (mine does not tells much at all).

This truly is an erudite work, it will make very happy even the
gothic expert.

Hope you like it,
Alberto
