Yes, I know you do not like Professor Hermodsson
book _Goterna - ett krigarfolk och dess bibel_.
My personal view is that at is informed even if
H. is not so good on the original home of the
Goths. He should have been more detailed on the
migration from Scandinavia indicating that
it took place in different waves from Gotland,
Vaestergoetland and Oestergoetland.

On the question of the split of the Gothic people
I am in agreement with Professor Hermodsson.
The split can be traced back to the 3rd Century AD.
