[gothic-l] Germania, Germany, the Goths

New apologies to the listowner for this transgression.

Well, it is not so hard to pin down. For the Goths,
they are well covered by historians: their wanderings,
their states in Italy and Spain although much has
still to be done.

The last word, so far, on the Era of Migration, would
probably be _Sturm ueber Europa_.

The Germans retain an ethnic view of themselves. There-
fore Germans outside the German territory have the
right to receive German citizenship (returning Russland-
deutsche from Russia, for instance). Where there are
Germans, there is Germany.  Not unlike the Serbs,
actually.
