Ezra and homily

Greetings all,
    in Mr Heathers The Goths in the Fourth Century, pg157, he refers to 
extant "fragments of Ezra", and " a few sentences of a Gothic homily".  
I wasn't aware that there were any fragments of Ezra, nor of a Gothic 
homily, my Gotische Bibel doesnt seem to have them.  Could someone 
enlighten me please? Thank you. Gregory
