Most email list managers have a way of setting a "Reply-to:" flag that
will allow replied to be sent to the list. Otherwise, what most email
clients will do is to send mail back to the "From:" address, which does
not include hpsg-l. The workaround is to "Reply All" and delete the
individual address, leaving hpsg-l. Evidently, someone didn't do the
necessary pre-housekeeping and sent to some individuals plus the list.
This can snowball in a hurry, as folks respond to responses.

So, does the list manager (whoever that may be!) know whether the
"Reply-to" (or failing that, the "From")  value is set?
